Walk And Bike To School Month

Hello Trillium Community,
Trillium school is celebrating walking and biking to school during the month of May, starting this Monday, May 2. We hope that you will join us by walking or biking to school with family or neighbors as many days as you can during the five weeks of May.
Win Raffle Prizes!
For every trip to school by foot or bike you will be entered into a raffle for prizes, including a brand new bicycle!!
Join a Bike Train
There will also be four “Bike Trains” – groups of parents and kids riding to school together - on the five Mondays in May, coming from North, Northeast, East and Southeast of the school. Look at the large color map we will soon have posted next to the MLK poster in the circulation area inside the school for routes and times for the Monday Bike Train closest to you, and join us!
Or Walk With Us From Peninsula Park
Live too far to walk or bike to school with your kids? Park your car at Peninsula Park’s southwest corner (Ainsworth and Albina), and join a Walking School Bus or Bike Train to school leaving at 8:15am!
For more information, including morning and afternoon start times, or to sign up for a Bike Train or Walking School Bus, email Robert Ping at: walknbike@gmail.com
